| Everbloom Farmacy Grow Partner Survey |
| Everbloom Farmacy is a nonprofit focused on cultivating food sovereignty, healthier living, and more resilient communities in greater Memphis and Shelby County. Through its Community Learning Nursery project, Everbloom grows seedlings with volunteers and distributes the seedlings at no cost to area residents interested in learning to grow and garden at home. Priority is given to residents who reside in areas of Memphis designated as food insecure or food deserts. Thank you for your interest in partnering with Everbloom. If selected, we will provide learning experiences for growing your seedlings from transplant to harvest through follow-up video tutorials, text tips, as well as in-person learning and engagement opportunities. Please complete this brief survey to request seedlings and register. We will be checking in about your progress and you can submit photos along the way.
